Dr. Michael Stephen Kent, MD

I had an endoscopy performed by dr Kent 2 mo ago/ He never come to see me after procedure.The nurse in recovery room informed me w/the results. But most outrageous was his failure to submit report about this procedure on patientsite and anywhere in bidmc SYSTEM. So when I talked to my oncologist and discussed some meds she suggested to do endoscopy first and then change medication. She was astonished to find out I had it recently. Now , this my fault is not to check his reviews before the procedure. But now I at least give the opportunity other more clever pts to stop in their trucks to operation room where Dr Kent performs.

thought he was going to be my answer to a long acid reflux problem...all they did in his office is push me aside..to the sound of 2 years...thankfully I have found a doctor who will listen and believe in my symptoms...they really need to work on empathy and getting back to their patients who may truly be suffering...Im so happy with the doctor I have found in my own hometown

he gets five stars from me

Dr. Kent is knowledgeable, but has no follow through. Runs an hour plus late.
