Dr. Michael Timothy Kernan, MD

Michael Kernan has been our family physician for over 20 years. I have always been impressed with his knowledge and very moved by his kindness.

Wait times are not the worst all the time, but the staff routinely screws up the follow ups, calls us days later, can't give us and appointment in a reasonable time period. I have never had such poor service from a doctor. Poor bedside manner, is in and sees you in 5 seconds and is out. Patient care can't be much work than this - I think Dr. Kernan needs to stick to teaching and other things. We have given him well over a year of trial and he and his staff have failed.

My doctor has become emotionally removed from his practice, and his nurse left, and was replaced with an inept disorganized person. Just getting a prescription called into a mail service took several calls, getting physical results for my school, including vaccines, and permission for sports took about 8 phone calls. Ridiculous. Last visit, the resident handled the entire visit, and the doctor came in toward the end, and left abruptly
