Dr. Michael Edward Klemm, MD

Although we love Dr. Klemm, his phone nurse is horrible and rude. Her name is Tosha and after several miscommunications between myself and the phone nurse, I finally had my limit when Tosha yelled at me on the phone. I asked her to stop yelling at me and she said that she thought I couldn't hear. I told her everytime we speak, she is rude and hostile. I asked that I could speak with another nurse from then on and she said ask for another nurse and hung up the phone on me. Five days later, I get a letter from Dr. Klemm saying that our kids have been kicked out of the practice. I am shocked that Dr. Klemm would not have called me to discuss my interactions with his rude phone nurse. All I did was called her out on her inappropriate behaviour and then I get a letter of dismissal. This is very sad after developing a long, ongoing more than 13 year relationship with Dr. Klemm. Be aware that Tosha does not treat people well and very inappropriate behavior. Nurse are suppose to have care...

Had four ear infections in six months and needed tubes, told me going to an ENT wasn't necessary. ENT told me I did indeed need tubes and also had severe deviated septum. Nice person, not always the best doctor. If you want someone better, I heard Dr.'s Stewart, Ellis, and Cochran are good.

Dr. Klemm did not properly diagnose strep throat in my son. He sent my young child home with a fever, saying it was purley viral. When taken to an Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist, we were told he did, in fact, have strep throat, and his tonsils were so infected that surgery for removal should be scheduled right away. After removing them, the surgeon said that he had never seen tonsils so full of infection!

Dr. Klemm has been my daughter and son's doctor since they were born. He was instumental in getting us to the right specialist for my daughter epilepsy. He and his staff are caring and courteous. Excellent practice that cares about their patients.

My son has had alot of illnesses. We have seen alot of doctors. Dr. Klemm is very caring has listened to us and tried to get the best help for my son as he can. I feel for him though because the pick of specialist in Huntsville, AL in some fields are horrible and a disgrace to our city.

Dr Klemm is wonderful at making the children feel at ease and making sure I as a parent have my voice heard. He takes his time to explain as much as he can at each visit. I have throughly enjoyed having him take care of my children. I do not care for the office staff, although his nursing staff is so friendly and take a real interest in you. They do charge for everything and the office staff is not that friendly. But I feel for such a great doctor that is with a group available 24/7 365 days a year, it's worth the price to pay
