Takes time to help you in any way he can. Does not rush to surgery. Tries to help with things that may work does not waste time on things that dont.

I have now been to three office locations that this provider works at and I have witnessed very poor professionalism by a number of employees at each location. I don’t need to hear about how drunk an employee got nor should I be left standing on one leg trying to balance on a X-ray machine while the Medical Assistant ran around getting supplies for my bleeding incisions(one week post op). Dr. Kokat is an ok provider but I always felt like I had to ask questions in order to get information about my injury. This was pretty scary considering I was going to trust this man to perform surgery on me. I would much rather prefer a provider who is more forthcoming with exact information on my injuries.
