Dr Michael Konrad was my dentist for over 15 years in Maryville, TN. I showed up for my 6 month cleaning appointment only to find the office shut down. I never received a notice or phone call of any kind. I tried calling his new office to obtain my records & they took my name & number and he has not called me. I foresee lawsuits coming his way if he doesn't contact his Maryville patients in some way!

Dr. Konrad and staff were excellent to work with. Everyone was on time, and the attention to detail during my routine cleaning was the best that I can remember in recent years. Follow up treatment options were explained well, and everyone was very kind. I highly recommend the team at American Family Dentistry.

Dr. Konrad has been treating my family more than 25 years. We have always found him to be a very caring and concerned dentist. Explains all procedures completely and always makes sure you are comfortable. Has a great staff too. Always helpful. Wouldn't go any place else!

The entire visit was very good. The staff was caring and professional. Dr Konrad was attentive and answered all my questions. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at the dentist.
