Dr. Michael J Kovacich, MD

Dr. did not take the time for a complete examination. Went for yearly checkup. I was in and out in about 6 minutes. Did not order the proper blood labs. he forgot the basic White & Red blood count. I would no recommend

My whole family sees Dr. Mike. I myself since about 4 years old, I trust him and his experience over anyone's.

I have been seeing Dr. Mike for nearly my whole life, I am currently 30 years old. He always does the "just incase" tests and he is not afraid to refer you to a specialists if he knows that it would be in your best interest which I appreciate. He knows my whole family and will also confer with them also (checkin with myself first) if it may be something that would help him get a feel for what's going on. Have the upmost trust and respect for him and will see him for as long as he practices. Although it is hard to get an appointment within 2-3 weeks even, because he is a great doctor, it's definitely worth the wait in my eyes.

As far as human beings can be "perfect at what they do" Dr. Kovacich fits that description....he has been our family doctor for over 25 years and we would not consider going anywhere else unless he referred us to someone else. He has had our lives in his hands for that length of time.

Excellent doctor; he listens well and has a plan to diagnose that has been spot-on with me and several of my clients. I trust him with my life!

I have been with Dr. Kovacich for twenty plus years. He is one of the reasons I am probably still here to even be able to write this. I cannot say enough about him. From his professional manner and always updated knowledge as a doctor to him actually being a friend I would truly be lost if for some reason I was not able to have him as my Doctor ( ex. Obumercare) and as my friend. He is just the best, I cannot say enough about him. He is what many other doctors should be. I feel I am truly blessed to have him both professionally and personally. This Doctor is amazing. Greatest bedside manner, compassionate and dedicated. His staff has always been the best. I have sent many people to him and they too love him.

Looking for a Family Physician, Mike is a great choice! Kind, Caring, Concerned, and Dedicated to his Patients. He and his staff have always tried to accommodate me and my family. Never have we had an unreasonably long or extended wait at his office. Never have we questioned his prognosis, treatment or advise. When appropriate, he has phoned in prescriptions to our pharmacy for a common cold or cough. Give Mike and his staff a try you won't be sorry! Mike will be our Family Physician as long as he practices in Northwest Indiana.

I've been a patient of Dr. Kovacich for over 20 years. He's caring, professional and a good diagnostician. I will continue to see him for my general medical care for as long as he is practicing medicine.
