Dr. Michael Kozower, MD

Dr. Kozower is not only very thorough, but is a warm personality as well. He carefully explained all options, did thorough testing, but did not overdue unnecessary procedures. He gives me plenty of time, and is clearly one of my best specialists.

Dr. Kozower was instrumental in diagnosing my pancreatic cancer and, through personal/professional contacts, arranged for quick treatment at Roswell Park. Six months later I am slowly recovering, due in no small part to Dr. Kozower's consumate skills. Tis sad that he may be nearing the end of a very successful career.

Seems to diagnosis everyone with Crohn's disease, as if this is the only condition he knows. Would not see him again, even if he was the only gastroenterologist available. Should have retired years ago.

I have been seeing Dr. Kozower for 17 years now and he is an amazing doctor. He never dismisses any of my symptoms and always tells me to call him with any problems that may come up before my appointment. He always calls back withing a couple of hours and helps me with whatever the problem is. I don't know what I will do without him when he retires someday.
