VERY POOR TREATMENT BY OFFICE STAFF FOR NO GOOD REASON OTHER THAN MEDICAID DISCRIMINATION AND BEING WHITE BY BLACK EMPLOYEES

Beware, this place is a complete SCAM. They started a regiment of pain relief and then decided to kick the patient out of the program. They state the urine sample showed Tramadol which is completely false. the patient never took Tramadol and even if they had no pain clinic would kick you out of the program for this. They state that urine test showed this which is completely false. Then when they have you hooked on the pain meds they kick you out with no prior warning and don't care how the withdrawal effect the patient. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. You will see the Doctor only once then they put you with a PA. The facility smells terrible and the care is even worse. WALL GREEN PHARMACY SAID THIS CLINIC IS ON THERE LIST NOT TO FILL PRESCRIPTIONS. THAT SHOULD TELL YOU SOMETHING RIGHT THERE.

You also can not get prescriptions filled in most of the rome ga and Cartersville area and he does not care as well for his patients dr Allen Beachman is the best doctor I have ever been too

Focus of this clinic is on how much money they can make per patient. Requires patients to come every other week for medication refills and offer few other pain mgt. options. At every visit, patient is offered some other quack gadget/test to boost their income. Patients must bring a copy of travel reservations if they miss an appointment and are threatened with discharge. This is a pill mill. Legit Drs. at this clinic are leaving left and right. This clinic is a joke. They bill my insurance co. $1000/visit for prescription refills. Patients pay 2 copays a month and must pay for 2 prescriptions per month. There are no developed care plans, just pills. They lie and decieve. They tried to get me to sign for an unfamiliar medication, then said they’ll see if the Dr. approves it. Just another game to charge you extra money. Beware.

The doctor is banned in pharmacies in woodstock & Acworth Areas. The office will not help you, they make it like it's your fault. I told to a doctor outside the office and was told I was not the only one that this happen to.

very uncaring and unprofessional team - screwed up 2 tests so that they had to be redone and tried to make me feel as though it were my fault - never would go back nor give recommendation.

Dr. Kroll is very kind and caring. He truly cares about his patients and wants to insure they are getting the pain treatment they need. I wish I had found this practice before now!
