Dr. Michael W Lagrange, MD

The nurse for Dr. LaGrange is unprofessional and not careful. She gave the wrong medication via injection.

I've been seeing Dr. Lagrange since Dr. Lafollette retired. I find Dr. Lagrange a highly professional Dr. Explains things (as Dr. Lafollette use to say "In laymen terms") He covers all the bases and options. Excellent bedside manors. You come first. I've never had problems getting appointments, nor having to wait in the waiting room very long. Had a 10:50 am appointment. Got there 15mins early (as requested) 10:49 am was in the examination room. Needed an MRI and he had the staff set it for the same day at SIRA. I highly recommend Dr. Michael Lagrange to anyone looking for a good, dedicated doctor.

I wasn't impressed with Dr. LaGrange, and his staff. My prescriptions weren't written properly, and phone calls weren't returned. This place was a total joke. I'm going elsewhere!

I have seen Dr. LaGrange for two different medical problems. In each case, I found him to be professional, courteous, and patient. He takes as much time with me as needed and always answers all of my questions. I waited about two minutes to be taken into the exam room, and another two minutes until he came into the room. If another medical problem arises (I hope it doesn't, of course!!), I will not hesitate to make another appointment with him. He is excellent.

I called Dr. Lagranges office because my husband was having difficulty breathing. The nurse that answered the phone was extremely unprofessional, cut me off and did not get back to me until 1 week later!! She was saying "Oh shoot" and talking to people in the office on the phone while on the phone with me...extremely rude and unprofessional...Dr. Lagrange has been wonderful, but it's enough that I am taking my business elsewhere. As a doctor as well, I call my patients back same day or next day if I am not in the office and the fact that we had to wait a week for a response from this nurse is ridiculous. Even the voicemail left was unprofessional.
