Impressive. As an Internal Physician Dr. Landsu is very knowledgeable about symptoms related to Diabetes, He is pleasant and patient.

After reading the reviews, I thought I had finally found a physician that I would like so I tried to set up an appointment. After verifying that they accepted my insurance, I was told that the next available appointment wasn't for 6 months. Apparently, he only sees one (1) new patient a week and only on Wednesday. He may be a great physician, but I"m not waiting around for 6 months to find out.

Dr. Landau is now with Adventist Healthcare in the Montgomery Village practice location. He and his office are extremely rude and unprofessional. They speak very badly about patients within earshot of other patients. I have heard them on numerous occasions call other patients "stupid", saying they didn't want to see them, and that the patient was not there. I can understand blowing off steam, but do that away from earshot of your patients. On my initial visit, I was prescribed blood pressure and cholesterol meds. I told them my pharmacy was CVS, and they found the one closest to me. The information was already in their system, I did not give them an address just agreed with what they had. My meds were not transmitted to the pharmacy until after 3 days of me calling both the office and the pharmacy. On my follow-up visit, I was prescribed a diabetes medicine. Doctor Landau said he would transmit it that day. It was not transmitted. Again after 3 days of me calling them and the… pharmacy, my meds were transmitted. I had to inform them that these types of meds are life-saving. If a patient does not have them, and something happens because of their delay, then that sets up for a malpractice suit. This may have been harsh, but not untrue. My meds were finally filled. Dr. Landau sent me a personal message saying I gave them the wrong pharmacy address and the issue was my fault. He said if I talk to them like that again he would drop me as a patient. Not once did any of them take responsibility for having the wrong information in their system. The address for the pharmacy was correct except the city. However, this should not have been an issue had they just picked up the phone and called the pharmacy. I cannot recommend this practice and will look for healthcare elsewhere.
