Dr. Michael David Larochelle, DO

Dr. LaRochelle did an amazing job with my husbands dislocated patella. He was in so much pain and he took his time and didn't do anything until my husband was ready. He gave him the perfect amount of medicine to take the edge off before resetting his bones. Overall we had a great experience with Dr LaRochelle.

Terrible doctor! My husband and I went in to see him because we felt like we were developing Covid pneumonia. We had been sick for about 10 days and he said there was nothing he could do for us. Even if we had Covid pneumonia, that it was just too bad for us. He saw both of us within 10 min and left with no suggestions or treatments. We got worse before we could get to our primary doctor. Please leave if he is the er doctor in call and go somewhere else.

My 87-year-old mother was experiencing severe abdominal pain a month after emergency surgery for an intestinal blockage. We had the misfortune to see Dr. Larochelle at the Baptist-Oxford ER. He was unconcerned and dismissive of her pain, and quickly diagnosed cellulitis at the incision DESPITE bloody discharge and a ping pong ball-sized, reddened knot. He prescribed one dose of IV antibiotic, gave her a 10-day prescription, and sent us on our merry way. Two days later her situation had worsened and we saw the surgeon. He sent her immediately to the hospital for emergency surgery — do not pass go, do not collect $200 — after diagnosing an abdominal abscess. She’s recovering now, but no thanks to “Dr.” Larochelle.

I was involved in car accident, hit from behind at over 30 mph. After I explained to dr larochelle that my back and neck was hurting pretty bad he began to push and poke on my back and when I made a noise because it hurt he says " well I guess every vertebrae in your back is broken!" Then says ok we will get X-rays and never came back in the room. The girl came with discharge papers about 1 hour later and I had to ask about results because he couldn't be bothered by coming back in the room. I have heard the same story from other people about this dr as well. He is a horrible physician.

Terrible excuse for a doctor license should be revoked and put behind bars has cheated on his former wife with young nurses seduced them and cost them there jobs

He is so rude and obnoxious.
