The team that Dr Mike has assembled is by far the best in the industry. They always go above and beyond to make your experience there is to your comfort and satisfaction. Definitely recommend Dr Mike to all of my family and friends.

Their waiting area is quite comfortable. It's spacious and there's a variety to do to stay occupied while you wait.

Always there when you need them. Office staff and support staff are exceptionally pleasant. Dr. Lavelle is wonderful, always there for your dental needs

Met Dr. Lavelle when he first started practicing in Utica. When he went on his own I followed him. He was the only dentist who didn't assume that a patient would want a needle for pain. He asked first, and if it really wasn't needed, would tell me so.

When it comes to dentist Dr Lavelle is awesome ... I always had a hard time going to the dentist as a kid ... But after finding Dr Lavelle 20 + years ago that's all changed. It's painless and always an easy time going to the dentist now. My whole family now goes to Dr Lavelle for his services and we couldn't be happier !!!!
