The staff is excellent, verified insurance on the phone while I waited, made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Mike was attentive and personable. They took me on the same day as my eval so I didn't have to wait until the next week to get the work done. I was very thankful that he either made some time in his schedule or another of his patients cancelled on that day, because no endodontics clinics could take me until the following week or further out.

The entire office staff is professional, kind, courteous, helpful and patient. The physical office environment is welcoming and comfortable. Dr. "Mike" is truly a master at his profession. He is calm, reasuuring qnd thorough. He uses, in my opinion, the best Carl Zeiss optics to execute his work. I returned to him for my second root canal on on another tooth - my lower back molar # 31. The tooth was a challenge due to the structure, the location and the fact that my mouth is small. Regardless, he spent all the time he needed to complete the task. During the root canal, he advised me of what he was doing and why, which was reassuring to me. I expected to be in pain and sore that evening and at least throughout the next day. Neither occurred. That was amazing to me due to the complexity of the work he did. Several dentists have seen my first root canal on their x-rays and they have made very positive comments on the quality of his work.
