I had several more questions for the doctor but before I had a chance to ask them he LITERALLY ran out of the exam room. And after 3 years of problems I thought he could have indulged me for 2 more minutes. In the after visit notes he lists a bunch of things that he, in fact, did NOT discuss with me.

Dr. Lee is an excellent neuro ophthalmologist who has treated my NAION bilateral condition for over 3 years. Highly recommend him.

He is very professional, caring, takes time, listens, good attitude. he always comes in with a smile.. I would recommend him to anyone. He found out what was wrong and treated me. i appreciate his work.

Wait time is unacceptable. After waiting for 3 hours to see him, I only spent five minutes with Dr. Lee and he was condescending and arrogant. Will not return

I came to this clinic with my eyes literally bulging out of my head. Dr. Lee is very caring and open to treatments that are not necessarily the norm. I'm very happy with my treatment and services with under Dr. Lee's care and I still have a long way to go. Thank You!

The wait to get in to see him is unacceptable...if you have an appt for 10am, you may not be called back to even start the process of seeing him for a good 30-60min. Once you see the nurse, you still have to wait another 1/2hr or so to see Dr. Lee. Once you are in the room with him, he seems to make snap judgements and isn't very helpful with what other things could be wrong. However he uses a very soft calm voice, but his body language says otherwise.
