Dr. Michael John Lemon, MD

We took our baby to see Dr. lemon when she was 2 weeks old and he was rather careless about her. He didn't ask open questions to dig deeper in her issues.. We took her to Dr. Stephanie Noceti Dunphy for her 1 month visit. she was great she asked open questions and found out our baby has acid reflux (the Zantac did an amazing job. like night and day) But Stephanie left the Practice just before her 4 month checkup so we saw a nurse practitioner who seems to know nothing compared to a Dr. And now we are back to Dr. lemon who refuses to give our baby zantac and treats us like liars saying we have not been giving her the medicine every day.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this Dr. he may be good for adults but not for babies. He needs to retire. He is too old fashioned and careless about the ones we care for.

Dr. Lemon been the pediatrician for my two children for a span of over 12 years. He will go out of his way to help and has an amazingly quick mind. I often wonder how he can remember so much information and explain symptoms, illnesses, and treatments so readily. Furthermore, he has good rapport with my kids. Not only does he want them to be well, he also wants them to thrive and succeed in school and through adulthood. He stresses healthy habits to reduce the chance of contracting adulthood diseases; he very obviously cares about kids. Office visits are convenient and pleasant. I can always get an appointment the same day if I call first thing in the morning, because they keep several openings available for emergencies. I am also extremely happy with the other pediatric specialists in his office. They all listen to parents and take time to explain everything thoroughly and respectfully. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Lemon.

If I am paying $200 for a visit, I would expect to get more value from that visit. My questions are often blown off, ignored, or answered without any real thought or analysis. Inaccurate scales led to misinformation about the health and weight of my baby, causing unnecessary stress and concern.
