Dr. John Lenz, Dr. Anthony Vattilana, and their entire staff would like to welcome a new dentist to the office. Dr. Michael Lenz recently joined the dental practice in July. Michael graduated dental school from the University of Pittsburgh in 2007 and continued his education by entering into a General Practice Residency at Christiana Care.
Michael grew up playing soccer and attended both McKean and St. Mark’s High School, while he received his undergraduate degree at Widener University. Recently, both Michael and John Lenz flew to Jamaica on a dental mission trip to perform volunteer work for the many unfortunate natives who have little or no access to dental care. When asked what it was like to work over there, Michael replied, “I’m not kidding when I say it was one of the most amazing and rewarding experiences I’ve ever had. The patience, kindness, and gratitude we received from the Jamaicans was unreal. They were great!" Michael looks to …bring this excitement and energy with him to the dental practice and carry it with him throughout his career.
