Optum staff are terrible! I have been with Dr. Lief for many years, staff member just hung up on me! Do not sign up with Optum! They are incredibly bad!

Dr. Lief is great, been with him for several years. Knows his stuff, takes the time to listen to your issues and sets you on the right path for healing (referrals, prescriptions, follow-ups, etc.). Proactively makes sure you are prepared for upcoming things like flu season or shot boosters. Office responds quickly to portal messages and refill requests.

I've been going to Dr Lief for about 4 years. I find him to be knowledgeable , competent, trustworthy, efficient, easy to talk to and great bedside manors. Office wait time varies from 5 to 15 minutes.

Second interaction with this doctor.Promises many things but does not follow through.First physical he never sent me the results.Went back to him recently—had no interest in my medical history since the my last visit.Kept moving the visit along -like a mill.Second time that he gave me inoculations .Do not recommend.Last year the injection site hurt for several days.This year I am in pain and swollen and red.!!!Incompetent and would not recommend.The first negative review for mhmgMy partner also tried him and hated him because he didn’t address his medical concerns.We will both be trying other Doctor yin this group because he is sub standard.My arm is still so painful and swollen from his injections.He also operates like a doctor in some kind of Mill. Not worthy of this practice

I've been calling Dr. Lief's office for the past 2 days with my phone calls not returned. Dr. Lief is a great doctor but his assistants DO NOT return phone calls. This is not the first time this has happened. It's been happening since last year.

Dr. Lief is very easy to talk to and he listens carefully. A lovely person and an excellent doctor. I highly recommend.

Front office people are not the friendliest and don't get back to you in a timely manner, but Lief is very nice. He does want to do the right thing and make sure you are healthy. He keeps a running list of your history and always asks me personal questions about life when I see him. I like that.

I've been going to him for about 3 years. He is very interested in my personal life and medical problems and really remembers what we had discussed. He quickly sent my blood to the lab, and informed me of the results very fast. The receptionist is polite and efficient. There were other patients in the clean waiting room. My friend was also impressed.

He has a genuine interest in your complete understanding of thr problems and helps weigh options. Never condescending. Breezy but not nonchalant, didn't see a wedding ring. Hmm.
