Dr. Michael Que Lim, MD

Dr. Michael Lim is a great Doctor, he is both compassionate and empathetic . He listens to concerns and provides thorough and knowledgeable answers. He is also a available via text page and returns responses as soon as he can. I've had other experiences with GYNs and I will say he is, hands down, the BEST Doctor I've had.

Dr Mike is very professional and made sure I understood everything going on out of every appointment. He is very precautious and diagnosed me with HELLP during my first pregnancy. During my laboring process he visited often, and even after delivery he checked in on us multiple times making sure we understood why they had to induce me. I felt very safe under his care and will continue my healthcare with him for future pregnancies and general care.

Dr. Michael Lim is a caring, knowledgeable, professional who cares for the overall health of his patients. He is gentle while completing the routine exams and holds a discussion to help ease any discomfort. He is available to his patients and is as concerned about a patient's mental health as well as gynecological health. I highly recommend Dr. Michael Lim.

Dr. Mike has been my doctor since his mom retired from being an OB. I feel like even in this day and age there is SUCH a stigma towards male OBGYNs. Although Dr. Mike is indeed male, he grew up into this profession. He practices along side his mother, and his sisters. He is very well educated, and plenty empathetic. When it's time to have harsh/serious conversations, I feel no judgement, always open, honest, communication and education. Dr. Mike was able to get me through a very scary cancerous cell removal surgery and a difficult high risk pregnancy, while working along side my high risk doctor, and safely delivering my baby premature. He visited me AND my daughter in the NICU to see how we both were doing. Even his sisters (Joann and Elaine) came by while I was on hospital rest, to check in if he couldn't physically do it himself. I am beyond grateful for the check ins, and thorough conversations every step of my difficult journey. I always felt supported, and given his undivided… attention, if I needed him. I have recommended him to friends and family. This is a doctor I give my full trust, and highly recommend his service.

Dr Lim is a caring and gentle GYN doctor. I am grateful he is my doctor. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Lim is AWESOME. From the first appointment when I walked into his office (at 7 weeks) he made me feel comfortable about expecting my first baby. He always explained everything to me, reassured all my concerns & would always promptly return my calls when I would page him with questions outside of business hours. Dr.Lim also delivered my baby by scheduled C-section. In the surgery room he made me feel relaxed, he wiped my tears, held my hand, patted my back & assured me everything would be alright & that I would be meeting my son shortly. We stayed in the hospital for 3 days after my delivery & Dr. Lim made it his business to come visit me & my baby each day. I really couldn’t have asked for a better pregnancy experience, it was awesome. My boyfriend even loves him & thanked him over and over for everything. If I’m ever blessed with another bundle of joy, I am definitely going to Dr. Lim again !!

Dr. Mike has been my Gyn for 11+ years and now my OB having recently delivered my baby this summer. Dr. Mike has been on top of my medical situation, always one step ahead of a complex diagnosis and 150% supportive once I decided it was time to try having babies. He is like family in the way he cares about my situation and supports my tough decisions. As his patient he makes you feel like you are his only patient and will do any research, consult experts and even recommend specialists if he thinks you might be more comfortable in more expert hands, but I assure you few hands are more supportive or resourceful or knowledgeable. Someone else spoke of his expert surgical skill, I concur! I've been under his knife twice and you couldnt tell, even though I scar easily! The entire Lim family of OB/Gyns have been on call for lil ole me at a time or 2, and his sister Elaine checked on me during a NON routine hospital visit when Dr Mike was away. The long term office staff know me well… and have always been kind and willing to reach the doctor for me if I had random questions He often called back same day. I highly recommend Dr. Mike and the Que Lim practice!!

Dr. Lim was always available and responsive when needed which put me at ease throughout my pregnancy. Not to mention he and the entire team at GBMC were awesome with helping me to bring my bundle of joy into the world. I couldn't have found a better physician and would highly recommend.

We were referred to Dr. Lim when my 16 year old daughter became pregnant. From the first visit, he treated her with dignity and respect. He explained everything very well and answered all of our questions. He made her very comfortable throughout the pregnancy and delivery process. He diagnosed her with severe anemia and he quickly referred us to a hematologist who took care of the problem quickly and thoroughly. Dr. Lim kept a close watch of her emotional as well as her physical health. He is authoritative in his field, but his manner is soft spoken and caring. We highly recommend Dr. Michael Lim.

Dr. Michael Lim is truly an amazing doctor!! There is so much I could say about my experience with Dr. Lim but I'll keep this on the shorter side. He is very very knowledgable. His bedside manner is superb. He always takes the time to listen and answer any questions you may have. He is very personable and very easy to talk to. He goes the extra mile to make sure his patients are taken care of and safe. Dr. Lim delivered my baby boy 5 1/2 months ago. He shared with my husband and I what we should expect with my c section (reguarding before the surgery takes place, during and after.) To this day my incision looks wonderful. No words could ever thank Dr. Lim for how wonderful of a doctor he is and for how much effort, time and energy he put into keeping my sweet boy and I safe through my journey of pregnancy and birth. Dr. Lim is hands down the best doctor!!
