The discussion we had with Dr. Lowenstein in the office was completely different than what was documented in my daughter's medical records. This discrepancy is deeply concerning, suggesting a potential breach of trust and integrity. Due to these inaccuracies, I had to request an amendment to ensure the records correctly reflected the truth of our… visit. Despite my request for an amendment, the facility refused to make any changes to my daughter's medical records, stating that "the protected health information or record that is the subject of your request is accurate and complete." This response is unsatisfactory and dismissive of the serious concerns raised regarding the accuracy of the medical records, which is crucial for ensuring correct future care for patients. Dr. Lowenstein's approach was alarming from the start, as he prescribed medication without first examining my daughter. I had to explicitly request a physical examination. When I sought an alternative medication, I was initially told that the prescribed medication was the only option. It took persistent advocacy on my part, through several requests, to finally receive a suitable alternative. The insistence on using an inappropriate medication on a child, despite my repeated objections, is borderline child abuse and reflects a severe lack of judgment. This experience has left me questioning the facility's training, resources, and ethical practices when it comes to pediatric care. I believe that if a practitioner is not equipped to treat pediatric patients appropriately, this should be communicated transparently to parents and guardians. I hope no other parent has to face such challenges and discrepancies at this facility in the future.

I have to echo what someone else posted here- Dr Lowenstein IS A JOKE. Was seen by the assistant who said the dr would be in shortly. From the room I could hear all of the staff members laughing and chatting at the desk for the entire time that I was waiting. 40 minutes later, I had to come out of the room and (politely) ask when I’d be seen to one of the nurses. There was the dr, chatting it up. He came in right after (annoyed), asked what was happening, said he couldn’t do anything, asked if I had questions, didn’t answer them, and asked if I had questions again. 2 minute interaction, tops. Then he walked out. Can I please have my $75 back because WHAT WAS THAT. Please save your time and money and find another office.

Responded in dismissive way to my questions. Little did he know that I am a woman with a doctorate in a clinical/medical field. Rude! He also performed a rectal exam, asking me to just pull down my pants, and did not offer a robe to cover myself.

Told me I had the flu without even examining me! Horrible!!

I met this so called DOCTOR at the medexpress in Lodi, NJ....omg ...He did absolutely nothing . i spent less then 2min w/him and left totally confused on what the heck just happened...
