Dr. Michael Carleton Macdonald, MD

Wait time was minimal. Friendly staff. This was basically a physical appointment. I did expect the body once over. Chest, heart, lungs, etc…. I’m feeling good so I didn’t mention it. Maybe that isn’t typical anymore?

Dr. Macdonald is fantastic. Office staff is very kind and helpful!

Dr MacDonald is great! He always listens to his patients, addresses concerns fully, discusses options and explains things very clearly.

I love me some Dr. MAC! He is patient, knowledgeable, kind, open minded and I love that he places a high Value on NUTRITION

Joseph Devivo has been a patient of Doctor Macdonald since moving to Maine 8 years ago. He is lost without him. He has been going to a Physician from the same group but it is not the same without Doctor Macdonald. I myself wanted him as my primary Physician but now he is gone. I don’t understand why no one can give us information on this matter. This is very stressful and unprofessional!

As we all know by now, Dr. MacDonald has left the office on Railroad Ave. in Brunswick, and like many reviewers I have read, I would like to know where he went. He is a great physician, and that is hard to find in today's cost-cutting medical climate.

It took a while before I could get myself to go to the dr. My friend suggested him, I went and have never been happier. Then came timetime to refill my script. I had to have another urinalysis. OK, fine I can deal with that. Then get handed a list of available Dr and no help. They call to tell me the sent my scripts down and ask if I found a new Dr. "Because they won't refill them again". Not impressed with the way they handled it. I would like to find Dr Macdonald again. Anyone who knows where he went it would be appreciated to get an update.

I have got a phone call from Maine coast primary care saying that doctor McDonnell's moving out of their office and is going to a different one. I asked them which office , because I would like to follow him. they refused to tell me and would not give me any information. Doctor Macdonald has been treating me for a while now and he is the best doctor I personally have had and I have gone through a lot of doctors. Doctor Macdonald cares generally about people, really makes you feel like he is putting you 1st. I would like to move to wherever doctor McDonald is moving but I am not getting any information on where he is moving. Mid coast primary care is the worst HOSPITAL EVER, when it comes to them having your perceptions refilled on time and them doing the work on their end,they brush it off, when complaining They planed me! But doctor Macdonald used to always make sure that it was done. Now that hes gone I do not want to be with mid coast primary care the only reason why I was… with them in the 1st place was because of doctor Macdonald. So doctor Macdonald if you are reading this I am begging you please Call me some how Michael wescott

My husband, Donald Webster, found out recently that you left MCMG. He is experiencing new issues and none of your former colleagues are accepting patients. The office would not give us any information. Don wants to follow you. Could you please let us know if/where you will be practicing?
