Dr. Mancano helped me a ton with my Achilles tendonitis. He took the time to figure out what was going on, explained my options in a way that made sense, and set me up with a treatment plan that actually worked. Super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I’d recommend him to anyone dealing with foot or ankle pain!

I highly recommend him! I had an excellent experience with Dr. Michael Mancano at Comprehensive Foot & Ankle Care. He provided one of the most detailed diabetic foot exams I’ve ever received. Dr. Mancano used a Doppler to thoroughly evaluate my circulation, which gave me confidence about my vascular health. He also offered clear, thoughtful treatment options for my neuropathy that no other doctor had explained so well before. His expertise, kindness, and attention to detail truly stand out. I left knowing my foot health is in great hands.

The entire experience at Comprehensive Foot & Ankle was seamless. The office is well-organized, the staff is welcoming, and follow-up communication was timely and supportive. It is rare to find a physician who combines surgical expertise and true compassion as seamlessly as Dr. Mancano does.
