Too bad there’s no negative 5 stars. This guy is the worst. Arrogant, rude and dismissive. Told me I was dehydrated. Seriously?! Since when did dehydration elevate serum ferritin levels as well as elevate liver enzymes? He wasn’t interested in anything I had to say. This man is not worth your time nor your hard earned money!

This guy deserves zero stars! He was rude and dismissive! Wouldn’t let me give any background information. Just wrote me off as having dehydration and said to come back in three months. Don’t bother with this guy he was a jerk.

Dr Maresca has been my doctor since 2015 and has always carefully followed my rare, recurrent blood disorder. He has never made me feel like he doesn’t care 100 percent and has always been knowledgeable concerning all the latest treatments and possible solutions. I have specifically asked for him only because of the history of my treatments, but the other doctors and staff are also caring and brilliant.

I highly recommend this doctors office in comparison to the many other specialists and doctors offices I have attended in my 38 years. I have been going to see Dr. Maresca for over ten years. I have been going to see all deifferent kinds of specialists for my blood clot disorder for over 25 years and he is the only doctor who has been able to diegnose me with great detail. I have seen specialists all the way from New York City to Albany and his office is timely and a pleasant experience from the front desk, nurses and all of the doctors there.

Went into my mothers room at Vassar and literally smirked and cocked his head as he said “you’re dying”. What a dispicible human being. AVOID. Took part in placing my mother on a high rate dialdudid drip against her wishes as well as the wishes of her HCP and next of kin.

i HAVE BEEN GOING TO DR. MERESCA FOR 3 MONTHS NOW AND I AM SO IMPRESSED BY HIM AND HIS STAFF. THE OFFICE ALWAYS LOOKS CLEAN AND BRAND NEW, HIS STAFF IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ATTENTIVE TO ALL MY NEEDS! BE IT A PHONE CALL OR AN OFFICE VISIT THEY ALWAYS COME THROUGH FOR ME. DR MICHAEL KNOWS HIS STUFF, HE ALWAYS MAKES IT A POINT TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO ME AND ANSWERS ALL OF MY QUESTIONS EVEN IF THEY SEEM SILLY. I WOULD RECCOMEND HIM TO ANYONE SEEKING THE HELP I NEEDED. GOD BLESS THIS OFFICE!!

Office help is rude, 1-3 hr. wait time, feel like your waiting in a meat market and your the piece of meat. One star is one to many.

Doesn't even deserve one star. Waited 3 hours in waiting room for appointment to finally be taken in to only be laughed and smirked at and asked if I want to be healthy or sick, as if I have a choice. Didn't even spend 5 minutes with me and was dismissive from moment he saw me and he clearly wanted to go home since at this point it was after 5:00. The nurse did look mortified at his behavior since she actually took the time to get my medical history which she never had the chance to fill him in on as she never left the room. My condition worsened and I found out I am sick. Should have filed complaint, still might. DO NOT SEE THIS MAN!
