The said I couldn’t have 2 eps . I was looking to have a local ep in case of emergencies and to get a second opinion. The office staff and the device nurse were extremely rude and harassed me . I would never recommend them to anyone .

The nurse practitioner handles are most all the office visits you’ll never see the doctor. And if your lucky enough ( maybe once in 3 years)it’ll be quick maybe a minute . And when you get a diagnosis from an office visit the you’ll get a diagnosis from the nurse practitioner . I was prescribed the wrong medicine for three months before anyone caught it . I’m not even sure the doctor is aware of what’s going on in his office and try to get an appointment just to talk to the doctor let him know about the mistake the nurses will completely take over and make sure you don’t see the doctor to let him know.

completely unable to get appt sooner than 5 weeks, when having a syncope problem due to arrthymia, and that is with the nurse practitioner. My family md called to get me a sooner appt, and they cancelled it two days later. Have to find a new doc
