Dr. Michael Jason Masters, MD

I will never forget the day I met Dr. Masters. He took me into his office and open a book of images. “This is going to be you in 20 years if you do not stop sunbathing.“ I was horrified at the condition of those in the pictures! From that day on, I stopped “laying out” and began faithfully applying sunscreen and wearing protective clothing when I had to work outside. That was almost forty years ago. I am now a grandmother of nine, but I do not look at! People marvel at the youthfulness of my skin. I have Dr. Masters to thank for that! Kay Seibert O’Hara

I found Dr. Matthews to be rude and very unprofessional. Let me explain. I took off of work early and canceled an after-school appointment to make this appointment. I drove for an hour and a half and arrived at his office 20 minutes early but waited another two hours to see him but never saw him. There was no explanation or apology. His receptionists had to apologize for his lack of professionalism.

As far as I'm concerned, Dr. Masters saved my life re: melanoma. I could not write enough positive comments. The staff is incredibly courteous and affable. I feel so fortunate that I, as a walk-in with a severe problem, was scheduled to meet with the Dr. immediately, and I have been his patient, thankfully, ever since.

Mike Masters is caring and competent. He's more knowledgeable and helpful than any other dermatologist I've ever been to. He does V Beam laser treatments on me for intractable rosacea and he's highly skilled with his machine. He's helped me tremendously and I can't recommend him highly enough.

It's hard to express how grateful I am to Dr. Masters. I have severe, progressive, debilitating vascular rosacea which causes relentless, painful, horrible facial flushing that turns my face pink, then red, then purple. I've seen more than fifteen derms for this in the last five years and Dr. Masters is head and shoulders above the rest. He listens to my pain, he researches options on his own time between appointments, he works with me to make a treatment plan, and he suggests things that no doctor ever has.Bottom line, I"m clearly improving after seven years of steadily worsening. I don't know if he'll knock this into remission, but he sure is making progress. I LOVE this man. He's caring, compassionate, rational, and a good explainer. He gives me the time I need. Absolutely hands down the best doctor I have ever seen, bar none. Highest recommendations!
