I hade a huge pain with my tooth and when I visited him which I shouldn't (because I didn't know that first I have to go to dentist) he removed my nice tooth but before I asked him " Are getting to remove my tooth ?and he said No" he lied. Aziza

Two extractions, #7(incisor) broken off at the gum line (Frozen Snickers bar). Deep roots meant a difficult removal which took time. #12 bicuspid in the way of planned dental plate, came out in 30 seconds. Doctor was pleasant, focused and after a few Novocain injections went right to work. The support staff are friendly and supportive. The office lobby has a great nautical theme. As a retired boat captain it made me appreciate the effort. No one enjoys this procedure but they did everything to ease my anxiety.

Worst experience ever in my life, staff was rude acted like my $600 didn't matter, when i got quoted that price the day before, ran my credit card and proceeded to treat me like crap!!! Asked for a refund and the lady at the front desk was such a bi*#@ she refunded my card in a way where it's going to take 5 business days to receive my refund and then proceeded to throw my credit card back at me I will never go back I will never recommend anybody to go there and all the whole time the oral surgeon was standing there watching the whole thing, then he proceeded to tell me that my partially impacted tooth was a liability maybe his 63 year old self needs to retire cuz I thought he was a surgeon. Never again!!! Go to Boca for your dental needs!!!

He was not a nice Dentist at all. Not friendly. Staff were super nice and friendly. He did minimal talking. He was rough and insensitive about how he was handling my impacted tooth. Inside my mouth was sore for days and scratched up really bad. I was crying and clinching to my seat and he didn't even care. All is cared about was getting the job done.

Dr. Mauck is by far the most rude and unprofessional doctor I have ever encountered. Dr. Mauck is the first doctor not to shake my hand upon meeting me, and said absolutely nothing to me after the procedure, choosing instead to rush out the operating room as quickly as he could. Dr. Mauck’s complete disrespect makes me doubt that he performed competent work on my teeth, and causes me question whether he treats all his patients equally. I paid 100% in cash and at no time was disrespectful or problematic to Dr. Mauck – I gave Dr. Mauck no reason to behave the way he did toward me. If you would like to be treated as a subhuman, please make an appointment with Dr. Mauck. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and find another oral surgeon – there’s a lot of competition in the area.

I was a new patient he entered the room there was no hi and no introduction. He just proceeded the procedure. His expertise was great. He showed no personal interest in me as patient. Oh he did call the same evening to check on me, that's commendable.

I had an infected molar tooth and was in a lot of pain. I left regular dentist who told me I had to wait a week to remove tooth. Dr. Mauck squeezed me in on same day, staff did exam and X-rays and they have a lovely office with latest technology equipment. Dr Mauck's expertise allowed him to do emergency oral surgery on me in less than an hour with minimal pain. I was so thankful and grateful for the flexability and dental care I received.
