Dr mayfield was always kind and courteous but him closing down without notice affected me and all of the other patients Been trying to get my medical records for a while now so that I can find another doctor but it’s like finding a needle in a hay stack! Just isn’t going to happen. U can’t just walk in to another doctors office and say hey I’m on this medicine and I need it back!!

My son has been a patient for 23 years. Dr. Mayfield's license has been suspended and office is closed with no notice to his patients. I called the DEA. How could you do something like this to your patients. You at least owed them a letter telling us your office is being closed and how to obtain medical records. You can't just walk into another doctors office and tell them your diagnosis and expect them to give you your medicine.

Dr. Mayfield has always treated me with a calm understanding care. HE NEVER turn me away if i was 5 min late or 4 hrs late as i have acute anxiety and panic attacks. I have been a patient for more than 12 years. He was more than just a doctor to me he was someone who understood and wanted the best for me. MY PRAYERS ARE WITH HIM AND HIS FAMILY AS I HAVE NO IDEA WHY HE IS NOT IN BUSINESS RIGHT NOW.d

if you want a copy of your medical records it will be a nightmare getting them. they consistently ignore multiple records requests

I saw him in college. He was the creepiest doctor I've ever had. I was so incredibly uncomfortable being alone in a room with him. He kept prescribing drugs that gave me serious side effects and didn't seem to believe me when I reported them. I told him one made it impossible for me to sleep, so he told me to take more. I don't think he even tried to figure out what was wrong with me. He gave me a diagnosis after a few minutes of me sitting there being too uncomfortable to say much. And then he didn't tell me what my diagnosis was- the counselor in the same office told me.

I have been seeing Dr. Mayfield for about a year now and I LOVE his bedside manner. He is very nice and seems to be genuinely concerned about his patients well being. The only minute issue is that sometimes they overbook him and you'll have to wait a bit to be seen. Once seen though, the wait seems miniscule!

Dr mayfield is a very understanding compassionate phsycatrist. (I know I didn't spell that right) but he caresponded about his patients well being
