I felt, I received excellent attention, good advice and treatment as well as follow up. Seemed like practical approach that is in sync with my lifestyle. Great bedside manner answered my many questions regularly on my follow up appointments.

I saw Dr. Mazar for chest pains, tachycardia, and high blood pressure. Was advised to exercise and lose weight. Was my heart to bear this burden for years while I lost weight and exercise? I changed to another cardiologist and was grateful for the active management of my issues, including changing medication, running tests to assess risk, and monitoring of my progress. What a difference!

After multiple calls to him I still have not received the report from my Holter monitor and it's been 4 months. To add further insult I just received a direct bill from him for such report even though I am fully covered via UCLA Health. He is billing me like I walked in off the street. This Doctor is a clown. Avoid.
