I have been a patient of Dr. McKee since he first came to practice in Springfield. I almost decided to leave him at one point, but it wasn't because of him, it was because of the office staff. It was pretty common to have to wait 1-2 hours and more than once I got up and walked out because I had to get back to my job. I'm glad I didn't leave him because he has an entirely different staff now that is MUCH more efficient and friendly. And Dr. McKee has grown more and more knowledgeable and takes more time if you have concerns. My only negative comment is that their business is so large now and as a result, that effects the time and quality of your visits. Everyone I talk to there tells me that they are always swamped and it's hard to keep up. Other than that, I plan to be with him for many more years.
