He is highly skilled and focused on providing the best treatment. His recommendations were excellent and I feel very fortunate to have been treated by him with stem cell injections for the cervical and lumbar spine. There are few physicians who can do what he does. Highly recommend!

Completely impressed with both my results and the treatment from Dr. Meighen. I have struggled with my health for years and for the 1st time... I found a Doctor who is interested in helping me live longer and more healthy than ever before. My first interaction with Dr. Meighen set the tone as he started with a run down of my labs and then asked what I wanted in the way of my health. (WOW a Doctor who cares about what I want for my life!!) So we discussed it and then started working on a plan. I have been under his care for the past 6 months and am very happy with the results! Currently I am stronger physically, mentally and am in the best health of my adult life! I'm excited about the future and DO recommend Dr. Michael Meighen to anyone I cared about. I was assigned this doctor for a worker's compensation case. He has no bedside manner whatsoever, rude, cruel and direct. He treated me less than dirt, certainly not like a human being should be treated. He didn't care that I had been injured. All he cared about was not giving me the help I needed because he believed I was trying to cheat the system since it was a worker's compensation case. He didn't even know me. I fell down a flight of stairs at work and had a concussion and neurology issues. My back and neck were injured and needed chiropractic treatment. I was forced to continue to see Dr. Meighen throughout my treatment. Worker's compensation would not allow me to see another doctor even after I explained how he was treating me. He stopped approving the chiropractic care without even telling me. It left me with a $2,600 outstanding bill that took me over a year to pay for. Because of his cruel and uncaring nature it reminded me of the way I had been treated in an abusive… marriage. He even managed to make me cry. Way to go Dr. Meighen.

Rude does not even begin to describe this quack. Injections will be your only option with him. $$$ My pain was tripled after one injection. Run while you can!

I absolutely love Dr. Meighen & the staff in office here at SpineNevada. I have never had the best experience with a health care provider or their staff until I came here and I’m so glad I did!! The Providers are so nice and help you to understand what’s going on and work with you to fix or manage the issue. I love Dr. Meighen he is one awesome sauce Doctor!!!! Don’t ever Change!!

The Facility and equipment are the best I’ve seen, all the employees are very nice. Dr. Meighen is very professional and knows his work. Only down side was the wait a little long.

You could tell immediately that he felt far superior to any patient - he was just downright rude. Never helped despite many visits He just kept saying (my back fracture will heal over and over again), It's been nearly 3 years and I'm still not OK. So GLAD he moved from Ortho Carolina - All he did was argue and try to show his superiority. Absolutely NO Compassion or Empathy. I don't think he is capable of this emotions.

Well first I was set to see a Dr Letchner...he put me on Predizone,which I found out I'm allergic to...called the office to let them know and when he called me back he acted as if I were lying,so I told him I could get the report where I had to call 911,so he sat up an mri,called a week later and have me report and then I was made an appointment with Dr Neighbor. Ok..I've been around a few doctors in my lifetime,but this one is memorable for being a butt! He did his little test walking up and down the hall and all that,but what got me was when he was explaining the mri..my disk is herniated not bad but tissue is tore. I have had chronic pain in the sciatic for a long time,had many injections,they don't help. He tells me he don't buy it????? I told him I'm not selling anything,I just want to be able to walk and have some type of normal life.I didn't go and ask for drugs,that was not at all what was on my mind,but because a person comes in in pain and he can't figure it out he treats you… like you're there just for meds. I'm 55...I want some quality of life! No I do not recommend this practice to anyone.

I took my mother to see him because someone recommended him and said he really helped. My mother had severe back pain. He examined her and took the time to ask questions about her lifestyle and history. I felt he was very good in identifying some of her problems. He recommended an injection. He was very caring and the injection went well. She saw relief and would get another injection if needed.
