My children have been seeing him for over 19 years. We love the doctors and staff!!!

I only rated the professionalism of his office staff 2 stars because his nurses are great! As far as the rest of the staff, very unprofessional. The receptionist is rude and so is the account manager! Dr Melancon only spends 2-3 mins with the patient and his answer to every problem you have is " it will go away". And 9 times out of 10 I diagnose my own problems. I treat my kids by google.

My son and daughter have been patients of Dr. Melancon since 1994. I have always found his staff professional. On every visit, I've pelted him with questions,and he answered them all. He has many patients, so be ready with your questions. He is also the area's leading pediatric expert if you think your child may have attention deficit problems. He's seen lots of cases over his 25+ yrs as a pediatrician and my husband and I were grateful for his assistance for our daughter.
