Dr took the time to explain his diagnosis then gave us all of our options. No pressure to make a quick decision. And explained the procedure he was performing when we opted for the tongue tie snip on our newborn.

Best thing i ever did was find an ENT that i trusted for my first kid. 3 kids later and i feel like im seeing Dr. Mendelsohn weekly. I trust his opinion. Has a ton of availability too which is very convenient.

He put ear tubes in my son’s ear and was so wonderful to deal with. Very professional and I knew we were in good hands. He also put ear tubes in my nephew’s ears. I highly recommend him!

The doctor hack is a horrible human being who only cares about money. I brought my 8 week old in because he chokes when he feeds. Since he is only 8 weeks old he wasn't fully added to my insurance. The doctor wouldn't see an 8 week old choking baby. I am a state employee with state insurance. They spoke to my insurance company who told them it will take a few more days before he is fully added to the insurance. The doctor said NO.

Dr. Mendelsohn & his staff are great. My toddler daughter had seen a different ENT and after a few months and little improvement we found Dr. Mendelsohn. His bedside manner is amazing. He spends as much time with us as needed. No rushing. We didn't have to make multiple appointments to see him, the audiologist, etc. Everything was done the same time at one appointment. The day of surgery he sat with us pre-op and post-op and spent his time explaining everything. I've only had great experiences with him and his entire staff. The only negative is the time in the waiting room is fairly long. But I deal with it cause I trust him and couldn't be happier with his care.

Very easy to get an appointment. Parking was a breeze. Wait time was 15 minutes or less. Terrific bedside manner. Picked up on things another ENT failed (fluid in the ear). Asked tons of questions and alloted us as much time as we needed to discuss things. Did majority of the exam by himself didn't rely on help. He did not recommend surgery which was a first that we experienced while visiting any ENT pediatric or regular. Each question was answered correctly. Which is where many doctors fail with me. Will see him again for follow-up and would definately recommend him!
