Dr. Michael Paul Messina, MD

It's time to leave this practice because of rude, uncaring reception staff. Is the OM and the two MDs aware of SHIRLEY'S rotten attitude? On several occasions, my family has been (un)met with no smile, no eye contact, heaving sighing, clock watching, and significant delay in acknowledging at closed window. This woman has to prove she's right and will let you know "when she has the time." She calls and doesn't leave a VM! The pile of new pt paperwork included permission and preference for VM! Time to find another office. I feel bad for the sick/elderly who put up with this nonsense.

I've had quite a a few doctors over the years. They all seem to leave the practice for some reason. Dr. Messina actually talks to you and gets involved with any questions and concerns you have. He gives you an answer or will find one in a short time. Most doctors I've had on the Cape, just sit at a computer and asks questions, then types your answer. I could do that! Dr. Messina will discuss everything and take the time with you! Thats huge to me!! Ive never felt more comfortable with a doctor EVER!! Thank You Dr. Messina!!!!

I have only spent 1.5 years on Cape, Dr. Messina has been a tremendous help. He cares about his patients and takes the time to figure things out.
