Our family has been going to Dr. Middleton since 2010 and we have been blessed with excellent medical care and advice every visit. They partner with us in making solid decisions on care for our boys. We have had respiratory challenges with the oldest (now 6) and repeated ear infections with my youngest (almost 4). My 6 year old has no lingering issues with asthma or respiratory challenges and my youngest is back to full hearing capabilities again. I wouldn't want to choose anyone else to care for my children.

This office has been such a blessing to our family. Our son is not ever a year yet and we are so glad we went with this office. Not only is the office clean and efficent but they are kind and courteous as well. They really care about our family. When we come in or call when our son is sick, they have always called to follow up and check on him. they never make you feel like any question is too small and as a first time mom- I have many. I feel like they empower us to make good parenting decisions while supporting us. Every provider has been so kind and have really helped us work through our sons first year. Each diagnosis they gave seemed to be accurate and when they weren't sure, they called other providers to get a second opinion. We will never take our son anywhere else. They have exceeded our expectations of a pediatricians office.

When Dr. Middleton started his own practice, we really loved him. He had time for you and the children. But since 2012 you need to wait weeks to get an appointment with him. If you have an emergency and you need to see him right away, you "end up" with a nurse practitioner every single time. This year we were due for a well check up. I had to wait 5 weeks for the appointment. I got sick the day before and had to cancel for the next day. The receptionist offered me an appointment with one of the nurse practitioners, but I preferred to see Dr. Middleton himself, as we always did. I had to wait another month. Over 4 weeks! I told her, that I am really upset about the whole waiting-time-situation and that it is maybe time, to see another pediatrician. Her response: Just let us know, who the new pediatrician is, so we can transfer your daughters file. After this response, we went to another practice.

He is great. He takes his time and listens to any concerns you may have. He makes you feel at ease and follows up with you to make sure your needs are met. I highly recommend him.
