Dr. Michael Douglas Mignoli, MD

The office is nice and there is never a wait. All of his P.A.s have been wonderful over the years, although they don't last long at this office - I suspect that Dr. M treats them much like he treats his patients, which is poorly. I was a patient for several years; on my final checkup I came in with a very bad head/neck ache and some symptoms that frightened me a bit. As I started describing these symptoms, he stopped me and coldly told me that there was going to be an extra fee to discuss this problem. Shocking - needless to say I never went back. I recently received a letter that he is moving to a concierge-level medical practice. I can't imagine who would pay extra to be treated by a doctor without compassion.

I have been a patient of Dr Mignoli for approximately 20 years. He has been a great doctor for my family. I have never had any problems or complaints. I had several serious surgeries including a large back fusion in 2009. Dr Mignoli has worked well with other doctors assisting me with all sorts of health issues as a result of my large fusion. His professional care has been excellent and I would highly recommend his practice and medical care.

I especially appreciate the continued check on all of my medical conditions. I feel that Dr. Mignoli and his staff consider all of medicines and conditions when looking at any issue I present.

My experiences with Dr. Mignoli have prompted me to add this review. He's pro active in his care. He does run his office in the most efficient way possible. And for a long time I thought he was watching the time too closely. But as he's focused on "evidence based" diagnosis, so if I start to rattle on about on my self diagnosis, he isn't interested. He uses a secure, user friendly Web View site to communicate with me. On this site are all my lab results, health history, meds, and if I need to talk with him, or ask a question, I use the email option- he answers right away! His answers are very helpful, and to the point, not subjective. He's my advocate if I'm having issues with specialists, hospital stays, or needing meds. He never blows me off. I'm confident he cares about my well being. His nurses and staff are super nice and helpful. In short, Dr. Mignoli has a grip on what is going on regarding my health and needs.

Well, he's better than nothing but not by much. Doesn't listen, doesn't care, doesn't follow-up and likes to scare his patients with a diagnosis later proven to be false.

Dr Mignoli is a very prompt and to the point DR .If you are looking for a DR that will hold your hand and get all mushy with you then he might not be for you .I personally like a DR that gets you in finds out what is going on and gets to the solution. Probably a better fit for men than women . This is not to say he is cold in the least he has been my Dr for over 5 years now and he has been very caring during some very difficult times and always listens when I need him to !

Really great experience. Very prompt and thorough doctor. Highly recommend.

Dr. Mignoli doesn't even look the patient in the eye. Only cares about his computer and his paycheck. I would NOT recommend him to anyone!
