Dr. Michael Anthony Moell, MD

I absolutely have nothing but good things to say about this doctor. He talks like a text book. In my opinion, he is nothing short of a genius. He is always up to date on information, including natural care. He has 6 or 7 children of his own, so that experience is crucial to me...his "learning" is not just textbook. People may say his bedside manner is lacking, and that would likely be because he's not making up for not knowing much by having a nonchalant and suave attitude. He knows what the heck he is talking about. And not because he has been googling and looking things up on the med sites from a cubby in the er. He KNOWS. When he had a private pediatric practice, my mom took my baby sister, my cousin took her four children to him, my sister-in-law took her four children to him, and I took my daughter to him before I moved to Kentucky.

Dr. mike Moell was our kids doctor for 5 years. My children liked doctor Mike and found him easy to talk to. Dr Mike was very compassionate and always found the listen to our concerns.

Going to an office visit with Dr. Moell is usually a rushed procedure. One two occasions, he sent us down to Children's emergency room with issues that only required mild anti-biotics. He was too busy to look into things further. (One was a bug bite which became infected.) The emergency staff was surprised to see us there and thought is was ridiculous that we were forced to come. We finally stopped going to Dr. Moell, and were surprised to see what horrible things he says about his patients in his notes. No wonder why he did his best to keep us from getting a copy of his notes. He did not even include Children's report on our emergency room visit in his notes - it made him look unreasonable. We had to get a copy from Children's and include it ourselves when we went to a different doctor.
