My vaccine records got all messed up at this office and I was never given/don’t have the records for vaccines I need for school. My registration is now on hold, and I have to reget some vaccines. I also walked around on an ankle the size of a tennis ball for 2 months because he said it was probably fine.

Dr doesn’t have time for you you have to call over and over again to get any results. Very poor nurses .They don’t call back, and talk way to much about their personal life to you

This doctor was an absolutely condescending man. Please do not waste your time visiting him. He was extremely unhelpful and provided no medical advise or help for my condition. I would recommended a trip to urgent care over visiting his office.

This is not doctor or P.A. you want if you'd like to have a conversation. I asked for a flu shot and the P.A. (Emily) just said no, not available. The nurse came into the room later and whispered that they would be in soon. Had to go to Walgreen's for service I should have gotten from my own physician.

Dr. Montico is a rather distracted doctor. He loves to talk politics and spends most of your appt. complaining about Obamacare and how its destroyed his business. Your care will get about 5 minutes of his attention. His Physician's Assistant - Emily Luttenbacher is VERY unfriendly and almost confrontational in her approach. If you wonder why their office always has openings, it's because other patients have moved onto doctors/P.A.s who actually talk with them and advise, not looking down their noses.

Very disappointed with his approach to concerns. Poor bedside manner. Makes you feel like a bother. I called to set up an appointment for my son who was having difficulty with eating/drinking for 5 days. Constant burning in chest and stomach. I was told if he isn’t spitting up blood an appointment isn’t urgent. Ended up in the ER the next day. Found out he needed an “urgent” EGD for an esophageal ulcer. Thank god I didn’t listen to his advice.

When your Dr. is to busy to answer questions regarding your health it's time for a change. He said "don't worry about it" That did it for me. Too rushed, Not focused, not interested just doesn't seem to care. I found it sad because there was a time I really liked himself recommended him to Lots of friends.

I've been going to him since I was 12 (22 years old now). He really really cares. When I winded up in the hospital with pneumonia he came to see me frequently when I was a kid. When I tore my acl in basketball he found a great surgeon and really helped me through the process of recovery. He doesn't try to pitch drugs to you just because Big Pharm wants it. The way I see it, he took as much care as if I was his own child. That's why everyone in my family--including the grandkids--go to him.

It's great having a family doctor live close by to the neighborhood. I feel he really cares about his patients and their well-being.
