Dr. Michael J Moore, MD

Dr. Moore doesn't like questions. If you can avoid talking to this man, great for you. Unfortunately, my husband was in the ICU and he was the doctor at Elmhurst Hospital that day. He should consider sending a more personable person to speak on his behalf. Terrible bedside manner.

Ok, when.choosing your pulmonologist please do consider that ratings and reviews don't necessarily depict an accurate assessment. Dr. Moore is a physician that truly cares about patients, he listens, is very thorough and quite honestly, he exemplifies how all doctors really should be. Not only is his knowledge of medicine remarkable and vast, he has an easy going personality that is both reassuring and comforting. Your visit will never feel rushed and you won't feel as if you've been "dictated" to. You'll walk away fully informed and confident in the fact that you've been given the highest quality of care.

This man calls himself a Doctor. I think he needs a Doctor! Maybe for Bi-polar. He is so arrogant and believe me he has nothing to be arrogant over. He simply DID NOT want to do his job! He insulted my family and I. Pretty much just a big waste of time and money seeing this so called Doctor. He did absolutely nothing to help his FORMER patient. Nor did he run any tests to make sure his patient didn't have an underlining problems. Maybe he should WAKE UP and realize not all patients are alike and if a family member is telling you there is something wrong believe them and DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! Bottom Line: Lazy, arrogant Doctor! Stay Away! Literally for you health!

I have had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with this horrible and rude doctor 2 x and both times he made me feel like the questions I asked regarding my elderly Fathers health were stupid.His bedside manor is disgusting.I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this person that calls himself a doctor.Such a rude and uncaring individual.

I was referred to Dr Moore by my Dr Linchanco, I waited 10 minutes in lobby then another 45 in room waiting to see him, although he is knowledgable and spent time going over everything, he seemed to have a stupid people smile on his face anytime my wife or I asked a question, his bedside manner was horrible and truly needs to take a class on his people skills.

Dr. Moore failed to Dx a serious complication in a reasonable amout of time. His communication skills are virtually absent from any dialog you have with him. If you ask him any questuons beyond a lay person's level of knowledge he becomes defensive and before answering your question needs to verify if you are in healthcare. Today caregivers are educated in there loved ones health. He is arrogant and he does not communicate well with patients and caregivers. I will not ever have anything done at Elmhurst hospital because of the level of care he provided.

Really smart. Very caring. I had been to a bunch if doctors who couldn't help me but DR Moore knew immediately what was wrong and now I am fine and so relieved

This man's personality sucks! Uncaring and arrogant. It's a tragedy that he works in critical care!
