Dr. Michael Morikawa joined MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, in 2018. He earned his Doctor of Audiology degree as well as his undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders degree from James Madison University (Harrisonburg, VA). Dr. Morikawa completed his fourth year fellowship at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital. His experience includes newborn through geriatric audiology diagnostic evaluation, osseo-integrated hearing technology, as well as being a member of the MedStar Georgetown University Cochlear Implant Team. Dr. Morikawa is certified by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association and is also a member of the American Cochlear Implant Alliance.

My visit was a consultation about my hearing & hearing aids. It was great - I really felt heard! I am thrilled with the care I received. I was shown different options and was thrilled with the results we came up with together.
