Dr. Michael Dominic Morocco, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Morocco for many years and have never had a bad experience with him. He takes the time to explain everything to you in a way that you understand and is very professional.

My first time to see the doctor. Could not have been more pleased. He spent an hour with me going over all my issues. Examined me and did not rush to judgement. Ordered another test. He made me think he really cared about my health. I was nervous at first but with his calm demeanor I felt relaxed.

Satisfied!

Dr Morrocco always goes above and beyond to make sure you feel as if you are his only patient. He really gets to know you and takes the time to listen to everything you have to say. He even gets on a personal level to make feel as if you are family. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing.

As someone who has worked in the medical field, I would rate my overall experience as average. I rarely seek medical treatment, but did so because I had not been feeling well for a very long time. I felt like Dr. Morocco disregarded my list of symptoms that I presented to him. He only focused on one out of at least a dozen. I also felt like Dr. Morocco was careless with his words at times and made assumptions/diagnosis that he was not qualified to make. Dr. Morocco ordered labs for me. One of his staff members called me with the results and told me to follow up with my primary care concerning some abnormal lab results. Dr. Morocco and I did not exchange harsh words during my appointment. I would have liked to sit down with Dr. Morocco to discuss the results and get his feedback prior to seeing my primary care doctor. If needed, I will seek treatment from a different endocrinologist going forward. I would not recommend Dr. Morocco based on my one interaction with him.

He spent over an hour just with me, completing the ultrasound and explaining everything thoroughly.

I am never seen by the Dr. I am seen only by the nurse. I am charged them same rate and haven't seen Dr. Morocco in 2 years. Take in assistant is not very friendly and at times rude.

I do not like the practices system of dealing with patients post visit. Phone calls are not returned. After a visit the ONLY mode of communication with my Doctor is via a dial in voice mail dictated system; no communication.
