Dr. Muldoon took the time to listen to my issues and then provided thoughtful recommendations, both more traditional approach and also more innovative type ideas.

I had an appointment in Dr. Muldoon’s office today and it was amazing. Everyone I spoke to was so nice and helpful. They took the time to hear what I was saying - Tracy at the front desk and Dr. Vanocker were both great . Dr. Vanocker was through, informative and easy to talk to. The young woman that took me in and got me settled was very sweet. Mary I have follow up appointments and feel confident that my issues will be taken care of.

I had my left hip replacement surgery in November 2025. As with all operations there is some trepidation with regard the outcome and how it's all going to go. I had done my research and was looking for the anterior approach, as it's supposed to have less recovery time, but Dr Mulldon's specialty is laterial posterior. However after a consultation with his Orthopaedic surgeon assistant, Dr. Vanocker, who assured me the outcome would be fine. I signed up. She was right the operation could not have gone more smoothly and to be honest post op was basically painless, some discomfort but just had to be careful not to overdo do it as there was so much more movement than before and nothing more than a dull ache. Within the first few days I could drive and walking was not a problem other than being a little stiff and bearing in mind some bits and pieces had been cut and sewn back together they will always take time to heal depending on the individual. The facility on Friars Road is excellent… and the pre-op & post op staff are excellent. Follow up has been great and expect to be back skiing next season. Still doing a little physiotherapy just to ensure flexibility of healed muscles and build back those around the joint a little stronger. My experience could not have gone better. If you are having this procedure or other types, you're in good hands with them.

Spends Time with Patients, listens to us. I have experienced the need for either a hip replacement or some other procedure that gets me out of the pain I've been in for two long years. It would seem that "patient care is not the top priority for the medical field" these days. Doctors aren't living by their oath "to do no harm", however I believe Dr. Muldoon is different, caring, kind and skilled.

Dr Muldoon & his staff are fabulous. They are a well oiled machine.

So grateful to dr Muldoon! Thanks to the injection procedure I am able to function with no pain.

Stay away from this Dr. I had partial knee replacement 3 years ago ( he didn't suggest a full replacement ). My knee NEVER got better I've been living with worse pain than before the surgery, and now I need full replacement probably on both knees. He won't even prescribe you pain medication. It is almost impossible to get in touch with his assistant Ron (didn't even get to see the Dr.) the whole office staff is not friendly and you never get calls back. They just don't care! Gonna need a few more STARS here I’m afraid. I had been ran through the ringer with Drs. And miss diaognoisis by several in this town. Dr Muldoon your the stuff that legends are made of. I’m blessed to have had you as my Surgeon .im doing so well;and it because someone took the time to care and that what this Dr does , he cares. Thank you Dr Muldoon and God Bless You

LOVE THIS GUY!!

We were very happy with Dr. Muldoon and with the whole Sharps Memorial staff. My husband fell and broke his hip (age 52). Dr. Muldoon reviewed my husband's medical history which includes RA and determined a hip replacement was the best way to go. My husband is up and hobbling around and very happy with the way the whole process has gone.
