Dr. Mullen is board certified and a Diplomate of …the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. In recognition of his significant civic and professional contributions, Dr. Mullen has been honored by induction as a Fellow of two prestigious organizations: The American College of Dentists, and the Academy of Dentistry International.
Dr. Mullen enjoys staff affiliation at Sutter Roseville Hospital and is a published author. Dr. Mullen is an active member of numerous professional organizations including the American Dental Association, Sacramento District Dental Society, California Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Western Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the American Assicociation of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
