Dr. Murphy was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions. He didn't seem to care about my needs. I've had a deviate septum for a long time and back then they were going to do the surgery.And now that it has gotten worse, he says I don't need surgery.I'm getting a second opinion.I do not trust this doctor

I have been dizzy (intermittently) for almost two months with some acute episodes of vertigo. My hearing is almost perfect (much to my kid’s chagrin), no ringing in my ears and nothing blocking the ear canal??? At first an annoyance and now a bit scary. Dr. Murphy and his PA, Lindsey, were such a great team in that they seemed to use the information gathered from me to drill down what this could possibly be a result of. There was a calm in the room and I felt listened to and heard by both Dr. Murphy and Lindsey. I will return for more tests and although I am not the kind of person to dig into my health concerns, I feel I am in capable and caring hands.

Sort of just told me he had no idea, and no direction he'd be interested in pursuing. Essentially, he was the nail in the coffin for me trying to fix my throat. I guess I can't fault him for not giving me any sort of real answer, as he just didn't know, but there was a general feeling of disinterest the whole visit.
