Dr. Michael Robert Mustard, MD

Wish Dr Mustard was a general practice - we would switch to him in an instant. He listens closely and talks to you in language you can understand.

I totally don't know why he is still a dr. He was very rude and didn't care about anything I was there for. He just told me he didn't care about what was going on with me and i was just wasting his time and to go see another dr.

This 'man' doesn't deserve to be employed cleaning public toilets. He is an absolutely contemptible, miserable little thing that will *literally* mock you as you share your helplessness and desperation, already overwhelmed with shame, embarrassment, and panic that your entire livelihood will be undermined by the very reason you're there. Few people are so callous, sneering, and utterly devoid of the slightest hint of empathy as he. His very existence should be a crime.

I walked into bromenn with a sore throat, cough, body aches, and chills. They took my temperature and I had a fever of 102.1. Tested me for strep, then flu and both came back negative. Dr. Mustard proceeded to tell me that “I’m a healthy guy and don’t need medicine, and even if the flu test had come back positive, i wouldn’t prescribe you medicine.” Why test me then if you’re not gonna give me anything? To make money off testing me more. There’s obviously something wrong if i have a fever of 102 confirmed by their test. That is my body trying to fight a sickness. Any other doctor there would have given me medicine. Can’t believe this joke of a doctor is employed.

It makes me sad that this doctor is the face of patient care at advocate prompt care center. He might be better suited for laboratory work where he doesn’t have human interaction. He also never prescribed medication bc he minimizes everything. Our family goes (went) there for weekend colds and illnesses. Each time, we are told we should be with our primary care doctor, and not there. Does he realize he works in a convenient care center and this is a western medicine center where a z-pack or nasal spray should be the sort of thing he can write a prescription for? Maybe he needs to work in an eastern medicine clinic? And yes, Primary doctors go on vacation and don’t work weekends. He shouldn't be so adamant to work his way out of a job. We are not returning - to many other options in town.

Dr Mustard was extremely condescending, arrogant, asked questions that had nothing to do with why I was there that were NONE OF HIS BUSINESS!!!!! Glad my husband was in the room 2 be a witness!!! Then he said there wasn’t anything he could do & said if you are in that much pain, go to the ER! He said he couldn’t even give me any indication what it may be & said the ER hates it when he does that! I know of others who he has sent to ER because he doesn’t care to help them & definitely does NOT KNOW the word COMPASSION!!!

I don’t know how this man is qualified. I would not call him a doctor. Walked in with a terrible ear infection TWICE and he refused to do anything for me as well as his staff. Very rude terrible manners and very disappointed in Broaman. Fire this man!!!!!
