As a physician myself, I did a lot of search and found Dr. Muto. After first visit with him, I knew he was the physician/surgeon I was going to fully trust with my treatment plan and I am glad that I did. His knowledge, expertise, caring and compassionate attitude, spending as much time as needed to go through all the details, explaining everything even the possible bad ones in a positive way and with ready solution for everything makes him the best of bests. Im so blessed to have found him, and have had him as my surgeon. He is an expert in the field and knows what he is doing so well, and he and his team go above and beyond to provide the best care for patients. Thank you Dr. Muto :)

I have been a patient of Dr. Muto for 18yrs. He is amazing! Eventhough my diagnosis and treatment was a very long time ago he still takes time for my exams! Don't think i would be here today if it wasn't for him!

Choosing Dr. Muto was one of the best decisions I've ever made and is probably why I'm still alive and here to write this today. He was extremely knowledgable with all the different types of ovarian cancer and how each should be treated. What I found alarming is some physicians tend to treat cancer like one shoe fits them all. He successfully treated my rare ovarian cancer 6 months ago appropriately and I was able to go home another state away 4 hours after surgery. I recovered very well and little to no pain. Dr. Muto is brilliant, compassionate, and in some ways a saint. God bless him for his good work.

Dr. Muto is an excellent doctor and I would highly recommend him. He is very professional. Although I found that he was short of time at in person consultations,he was very good about answering all my questions by e-mail and even urged me to call him if necessary. I had several questions and he very patiently answered them and explained my options to me.I had an abdominal surgery with him and he did a wonderful job. My recovery was very quick and I had no complications. During the post-op recovery time too, I had many doubts and questions and he answered them all to my satisfaction.His staff including the resident and fellow were also very professional and helpful.I chose him based on good reviews and am writing this one so it will help others find a good doctor like him too.

Dr Muto is a wonderful doctor in an excellent practice. We worked together to create the best treatment for my situation - one of the first minimally invasive radical hysterectomies at Dana Farber. My recovery was excellent. I would recommend him to any woman with gynecological cancer.
