Front office staff was extremely rude when rescheduling appointment, this began when I asked why my appointment would be pushed out four months, scheduler immediately stated "good luck getting in anywhere else".

Excellent staff. Very attentive and caring. Excellent T2D care.

Rude when leaving voicemails and rude service all around when trying to get control of blood sugars was talked down to constantly and never actually helped

As a patient with a very difficult time controlling my glucose levels, Dr. Nannenga has been a source of comfort and inspiration. He is thorough, thoughtful and compassionate. My A1C has come from over 11 to below 8 under his care in just over a year.

I have been very pleased with Dr. Nannenga's treatment of my hyper-thyroid condition. He takes his time to explain both diagnosis and treatment and is truly concerned about your progress. He is a refreshing change from my previous experience with endocrinologists.

He must have written the book on what bedside manner should be. His staff was fast, efficient and friendly.

Dr. Nannenga is my doctor and I think he is brilliant. I had thyroid cancer years ago and the changes he has made to my daily medicine and follow up treatments make my life so much better. He is also always patient and kind. I think we are very fortunate to have a thyroid expert of his caliber.

I had the unfortunate meeting with this man today. ...I've had many symptoms clearly defined thru the Mayo Clinic Web site...I met this supposed endocrinologist with great regret. My husband and I were treated rudely without compassion nor the willingness to move forward with any type of search concerning my on going issues....I was dismissed and told after he listened to my heart and touched my neck I had sleep deprivation. ....The audacity of his rude and crude behavior was devastating to me .A Mother at 45 of a 4 year old who only wished to get to the bottom of my debilitating fatigue and weakness so I might enjoy the precious child God gave me. ....He offered no blood work. .no nothing. ..How does a Physician have a license to practice medicine if they don't have diffinitive proof of Anything unless you have blood work. ....I'm appalled at this man.....I know I will find the help I so desperately need from leaving this town on a search for a decent And caring Dr.....God help the… rest of his patients. ....

Unfortunately Dr. Morris retired and I was left with this new doc, Dr Nannenga, who was very rude. I had been diagnosed in 1995 for Hypothyroidism, and then Dr. Morris diagnosed me with Hashimotos. When Dr. Nannenga took over and I saw him for a follow up of a Thyroid Ultrasound for a Goiter and blood work review as well as possible medication adjustment. This man had the audacity of telling me that my ability to lose weight had nothing to do with my diagnosed conditions, that it had everything to do with my diet, and to count my calories and cut them in half and I would lose weight. That did not work and since, I have learned that my ability to lose weight has everything to do with the diseases that I am plagued with. I believe he doesn't apparently have a clear understanding of these auto immune diseases and needs to refresh himself with the updated information, as well as take a course in compassion and respect. I was very disappointed that Dr. Morris left and cant imagine he agreed… to allow this man to take his place, as obviously he is not the same caliber that Dr. Morris was.

Great bedside manner, knowledgeable, well educated, friendly, compassionate and shows general concern with very thorough follow up testing and appointments. Will never use another endocrinologist!
