Dr. Mike was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio where he got his Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University and his dental training from the prestigious Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. He and his wife relocated to take advantage of the northern California beauty as well as the abundant snowfall Lake Tahoe has to offer, as Michael is an avid skier.
Dr. Mike's passion for safe and comfortable dental treatment for even the most fearful patients prompted his education in sedation dentistry. With a combination of safe medication patients can 'sleep' right through their dental appointment, with most treatment completed in one appointment. His tender touch and reassuring tone helps all of our patients experience a more pleasant dental visit.
His surgical skills are carried through with the latest technology in the placement of dental implants. Dr. Mike's training in the placement of implants with the assistance of CT scans allows for precise …placement while minimizing complications. His passion is in the treatment of TMD and sleep apnea. Both of these disorders affect not only the patients' lives but those of their family members.
