Dr. Michael Kemp Nation, MD

Dr. Michael K. Nation has been practicing pediatrics in the St. Paul area for more than 20 years. He received his B.A. and B.S. degrees from Washington and Lee University, his M.A.L.S. degree from Wesleyan University, and his medical doctorate from Brown University. Dr. Nation completed his internship and residency in pediatrics at the University of Minnesota. He taught school for nine years prior to his medical career, and has an interest in attention deficit disorder and normal growth and development. Dr. Nation is married and has two children. His outside interests include cooking and photography. Dr. Nation is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics - Neonatology, is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, is currently Chief of Staff at Children's Hospital, on the boards of Children's and the Friends School of Minnesota, and is the East Metro physician member of the Community Institutional Review Board for cancer clinical research.
