Terrible bedside manner when it comes to examining a child. Contradicts himself & refuses to listen to parents about what is best for their child. Would never recommend taking a child to see him.

Incredibly smart physician! Beautiful office with highly skilled staff!!

After seeing an ENT in Asheville and being displeased with the wait time both in the lobby and in the room, his bedside manner, and his abruptness and what seemed to be a lack of respect I decided to start looking elsewhere. As soon as I handed in my paperwork my name was called, the nurse asked a few questions, left the room and within 1 minute the doctor was there. He let me explain my situation without interruption, asked a few questions, examined me, and explained what he thought and why! I hate being treated like an idiot by arrogant MDs and Dr. Neuenshwander did no such thing. He was personable, courteous and on point! It was completely worth the drive from down town Asheville! By the way, he currently works at Parkridge ENT in Hendersonville, NC!

I hadn't seen him since 2004, but I do remember having to wait forever (+30 mins) in the waiting room and the office staff didn't seem to have it together.Dr. Neunschwander was professional and had good bedside manner. I feel his diagnosis was very accurate.
