From the beginning, communication was inconsistent, dismissive, and often hostile. Instead of working with me professionally as a tenant, they created unnecessary conflict and repeatedly escalated situations that could have been handled calmly and respectfully. There were ongoing issues that were never properly addressed, and I felt constantly pressured, blamed, and spoken to in a way that was inappropriate and degrading. I also witnessed behavior and comments that I personally found discriminatory and deeply offensive, which… made the environment feel uncomfortable and unsafe. What made the experience even worse is that their reputation in the community was not positive. Multiple people I interacted with expressed concerns and frustration regarding how they handle tenant situations, and it became clear that their approach is widely disagreed with. Overall, this was an exhausting and unpleasant experience. If you value professionalism, honesty, and respectful treatment, I would strongly recommend renting elsewhere

The most toxic dental experiences I have ever had. Their behavior was malicious, hostile, and constantly escalated instead of handled professionally. Elaine Nishime was harassing, vindictive, and repeatedly acted in ways that felt retaliatory. I also experienced racist and discriminatory behavior, which was beyond unacceptable and made the environment uncomfortable and unsafe. No patient should ever feel targeted or disrespected like they did. They also showed a blatant disregard for basic patient rights and acted as though laws and boundaries simply did not apply to them. The constant stress, manipulation, and lack of professionalism was exhausting. On top of all of this, there is a serious level of dishonesty. Elaine Nishime writes fake reviews to falsely boost her reputation online. The positive reviews do not reflect the reality of the office, and I believe people are being misled. Many people in the community are aware of their behavior and strongly disagree with how they conduct… themselves. I would never recommend the dentist Michael Nishime under any circumstances. Avoid at all costs.

We do know who this person is and they have never been a patient and he, his twin brother and father live in Sacramento. Stalking is a criminal act.
