Dr. Noonan was born and raised on a farm in Northwest Iowa. He graduated from the University Of Iowa College Of Dentistry in 1972. After graduation he served in the US Army from 1972 - 1979. He completed Special Forces training in 1973 and was assigned as the Fifth Special Forces Group Dental Surgeon until 1974 when he was reassigned as Dental Surgeon for Seventh Special Forces Group in Panama. In 1979 he completed his Army service in Texas. In 1980 he opened a private practice in Wilmington, NC. In 1982 he opened another practice in Fayetteville, NC where he practiced until 2007. In 2007 he opened a practice in West Plains, MO.
Dr. Noonan is experienced in all areas of general dentistry with emphasis on oral surgery, prosthetics and cosmetics. Dr Noonan has a continuing interest in state of the art dentistry, recently completing a continuing education course in laser dentistry. He was awarded an Associate Fellowship by the World Clinical Laser Institute.
Dr. …Noonan has been married since 1995 and has two beautiful children ages nine and five. In 1999, he started a Purebred British White Herd in Willow Springs, MO. He is a member of the First Church of Christ (Scientist) in Boston, MA, Ancient Free and Accepted Masons, AAONMS and NRA. He loves hunting, fishing, flying and riding his motorcycle.
